Paul had Timothy circumcised because he wanted to avoid unnecessary conflict and controversy with the Jewish people they were trying to reach with the Gospel. Circumcision was a significant cultural and religious practice for the Jews, and by having Timothy circumcised, Paul was showing respect for their traditions and beliefs. The concept of the last days refers to the period before the second coming of Jesus Christ, and while the exact timing is unknown, many believe we are currently living in the last days based on the signs mentioned in the Bible. **
